ACUPUNCTURE MEDIA WORKS GIVEAWAY INFORMATION

Acupuncture Media Works will be hosting giveaways on the Acupuncture Media Works website. New giveaways will be announced in the Giveaway category of the website. The specific entry details for each giveaway, including start and end dates, how to enter, winner selection, and prizes, will be displayed on the entry page for that giveaway. These giveaway rules are the general rules that apply to all giveaways hosted by Acupuncture Media Works. Each giveaway is governed by these general rules as well as the specific entry details on the entry page, which together constitute the giveaway rules. In the event of a conflict between these rules and the more specific rules stated on an entry page, the more specific rules will take precedence.

 

GIVEAWAY/CONTEST POLICY

Thank you for participating in the Acupuncture Media Works Book Giveaway. To ensure fairness and transparency, please take a moment to review the following rules:

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 21 or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Acupuncture Media Works and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will run from June 6th to June 15th, 2023. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

• Purchase Entry: Make a purchase during our sale period from June 6th to June 15th on the Acupuncture Media Works website. Each qualifying purchase automatically grants you one entry into the Giveaway.
• No Purchase Entry: To enter without making a purchase, fill out the form found here. Entry must be received no later than June 15th, 2023.

Please note: Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. Prize: We are giving away three copies of Dan Bensky's book, "Discussion of Cold Damage," to three different winners. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Acupuncture Media Works. The selection process will take place within 3 following the end of the Giveaway period. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize.

6. Privacy: By participating in the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information collected during the entry process may be used by Acupuncture Media Works for marketing purposes. All entrants should assume that their information will be added to our database and that they may receive marketing emails from us in the future. We value your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Shipping Fee for Winners Outside the US: If a winner is located outside the United States, a shipping fee may apply to ship the free book. The winner will be responsible for covering this shipping fee.

8. General Conditions: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release Acupuncture Media Works from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation or as a result of accepting the prize.

9. No Purchase Necessary: Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. You can enter the Giveaway without a purchase by filling out the form here.
