I love health screenings!

I don’t mean to sound all mushy or anything, but I just love doing acupuncture health screenings.

There are so many people out there that need our help. There are way too many people on way too many drugs. Check out the video below. I think that we have a wonderful way to help transform the world, one person, and one needle at a time.

All we have to do is get out there and meet and greet as many people as we can, in a professional way. For me, acupuncture health screenings are my way to do this. Today alone, I got 6 new patients, last week 15 and the week before that I think 3 or 4. What I am trying to convey, is that by being out there, in the public eye, and being an ambassador of acupuncture, I can help people to get well and stay healthy, in a healthy and balanced way! And for this, I am grateful!

    Hi Jeffery:
Thank you for the information about health screen. I believe that by doing the health screening, it will bring more people to my practice. I will buy the DVD, and also I want to know how can I start. And I want to do more in the future. Is there a agency or a company that book the health fair for you. How did you find is there a health fair. I live in San Jose California I want to know if there wiil be a Six Magical Points to Practice Success Seminar in CA. Or If there is a Webinar class??

Hello Michael, I am glad you are going to look into doing health screenings. I find that they are one of my best avenues for new patients! As for an agency that books health fairs, I don’t know of any off-hand, our office staff does that for the clinic here. And, yes, we will be doing our Six Magical Points lecture in CA sometime within the next 3-6 months. If you are on our email list, you’ll certainly hear about it!

    Thank you!

    Hi Jeffrey,

I’m wondering just how you find and/or create these health screenings that you do? Can you please give me some examples of where I might start to do something like this. My office is way too small for it.
    Thank you,
    Kristin

    Hello,

I’ve been trying to figure out how to find venues for screenings. Most of what I come up with on the web is very pricey retail booths at trade shows. Of course the fairs and such that you find advertised are generally already underway. I’m in a new community, so don’t have many contacts. Suggestions? Maybe you could have your staff do a post… ?

    Hello Kristin,

Thanks for your note. There are various ways of locating venues to hold a health screening at. You can try a local gym, local business, health food store, school, mall, etc. Anyplace that has people either working or moving through in a regular way. We usually connect with companies/corporations in downtown Seattle. Another thing you may want to consider is joining with other practitioners like chiropractors, massage therapists, etc.., to create an “event” rather than a solo screening. I know for certain larger companies are in need of such things and they are more receptive when if you were to bring an entourage of health care professionals!

I hope this is helpful! Check out the e-book, its loaded with detailed information.

    Hello Jason,

See the previous entry, that should help explain a little about finding a venue. I tend to put my own health fairs together and invite other practitioners to them. This way we show up with an entourage of health care professionals and I make some money off of the event by charging them a small fee (anywhere from $100-300) per table, depending on if we need to rent tables and chairs). Best to knock on a few doors, gyms, health food stores, companies of 10 or more employees, you can even ask your patients if they have ever had a health fair at their place of business. Find out who the Human Resource person is and that’s your contact.

Hope this helps. The e-book is much more detailed than this message. Check it out.
